As a family-owned business, the team at Pigeon Printhouse recognizes the importance of privacy to our visitors and their interest in how we treat their information and art files. Our privacy policy exists to assure visitors and customers that we take seriously our responsibility to protect customer information and image files, and to use it only in ways that are consistent with your wishes and our values. NOTE: We may update the policy from time to time, so please check in occasionally.

Image Share Policy
You, the artist, maintain full rights over your work at all times. By sharing image files with us through PigeonPrinthouse.com or directly via email, you agree to allow our team to reproduce your artwork for the agreed upon service(s). Pigeon Printhouse will never use your image files for anything other than fulfilling a service you’ve explicitly requested and/or signed up for. Image files uploaded to Pigeon Printhouse’s website or shared directly with the Pigeon Printhouse team for reproduction and/or print-on-demand order fulfillment are never shared or sold.
Our policy
We do not collect personally-identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly at pigeonprinthouse.com. As a casual, unregistered visitor to our site, we’ll recognize your home server (e.g., that your web access is through Google.com), but not your e-mail address or any other personal or system information. We deliver our printing services through the mail, so if you order our products it will be necessary for you to provide personally-identifiable information. This will include your name, address, phone number and credit card information. Any information you provide is downloaded off of the web server to a secure system and is maintained there.
If you utilize and register for our print-on-demand service, it is necessary that you share your customers limited personally-identifiable information with Pigeon Printhouse in order for our team to fulfill your orders. This customer data that you share with Pigeon Printhouse includes, Name and Mailing Address. Customer information provided to Pigeon Printhouse is never used for any other purpose than to fulfill and ship their orders, and their information will never be shared or sold to any third party, at any time. Finally, your customers will never be added to Pigeon Printhouse’s email or mailing lists.
Email list
When you purchase items from our website, you are automatically added to our customer list. We will not share any of your personal information with any third parties at any time. If you prefer not to receive mailings from us, please advise us by using the mail or e-mail address provided above. Please include your name and address if you are contacting us by mail or e-mail. We will ensure that your name is removed from the list.
Communications
We read every e-mail we receive and do our best to respond within 24 hours, if a response is required. We do not record email addresses, unless you have voluntarily provided it to us in your online customer or service registration. If you provide us with your e-mail address, we may notify you occasionally about Pigeon Printhouse products or services that may be of interest to you. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators at pigeonprinthouse.com can also see and edit that information.
Your rights
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
