Shipping Policies

Pigeon Printhouse’s fulfillment service, whether for bulk orders or print-on-demand, is committed to producing and shipping every order within 2 to 4-business days after an order is received. So, if your order is received on a Wednesday, the order should go out no later than the following Tuesday (given there are no U.S. federal holidays, as all couriers are closed on these days).

If your order is placed during a window of a time with a U.S. federal holiday, please note that your order will still go out within the 2 to 4-business day timeline (understanding that a federal holiday is not counted as a business day).

Customs/Duties & Tariffs Policies

Pigeon Printhouse is a fulfillment service that supports artists from around the world whose print shops have a variety of policies (i.e. countries they allow to make purchases, customs/duties policies, etc.), and because each country has unique and ever-changing trade relations with the United States, Pigeon Printhouse is not responsible for keeping track of these details. Each print shop owner (i.e. artist) is solely responsible for keeping up to date with customs/tariff policies between any given country and the United States (the country Pigeon Printhouse works in and ships from). If a particular order going outside of the United States accrues customs/duties fees, it is the responsibility of the print shop owner or their customer to pay these fees. We encourage artists and print shop owners to properly communicate through their websites to their customers their policies on these issues.
